Os dois processos s\u00e3o pedidos da ANTT (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) em concess\u00f5es ferrovi\u00e1rias da Rumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro pedido \u00e9 para que a empresa possa fazer, em parte das 90 obras que ainda tem que entregar das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es pactuadas na renova\u00e7\u00e3o da Malha Paulista, investimentos considerados por ela mais eficientes e de menor custo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com isso, o custo estimado das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es seria R$ 363 milh\u00f5es menor que o pactuado na renova\u00e7\u00e3o assinada em 2020, que era de R$ 2,96 bilh\u00f5es. A proposta a ser avaliada \u00e9 que esse recurso seja usado para mais obras na pr\u00f3pria ferrovia ou com investimentos cruzados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a Ag\u00eancia iNFRA informou, as tr\u00eas concession\u00e1rias que j\u00e1 assinaram renova\u00e7\u00f5es antecipadas est\u00e3o fazendo esse tipo de pleito. Mas a Malha Paulista, que foi a primeira, tem atrasos na execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o na Malha Sul<br><\/strong>J\u00e1 a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do trecho de 104 km entre Presidente Prudente e Presidente Epit\u00e1cio, na Rumo Malha Sul, tamb\u00e9m foi solicitada para entrar no modelo de solu\u00e7\u00e3o consensual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele seria uma esp\u00e9cie de teste de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos abandonados pelas concession\u00e1rias, para que seja poss\u00edvel fazer os processos de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de mais trechos dessa malha e de outras do pa\u00eds. H\u00e1 conflito sobre como esses ativos devem ser avaliados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com relat\u00f3rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, de 29,9 mil km de malha ferrovi\u00e1ria do pa\u00eds, 7 mil km est\u00e3o sem fluxo e 18,6 mil km est\u00e3o subutilizados.
