A transmiss\u00e3o\u00a0do evento pode ser vista\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciainfra.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=d460dd1bcf9ba0ae040e1fc0f&amp;id=4301e0a7a5&amp;e=f0fa444791\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neste link<\/a>.<br><br>O\u00a0contrato da CCR RioSP, concession\u00e1ria que administra as rodovias BR-101 e BR-116 entre as duas maiores cidades do pa\u00eds, previa a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do\u00a0free\u00a0flow\u00a0na\u00a0pista central desse trecho metropolitano de\u00a0S\u00e3o\u00a0Paulo\u00a0em\u00a0mar\u00e7o\u00a0de\u00a02025\u00a0e pra\u00e7as convencionais\u00a0na\u00a0BR-101, onde n\u00e3o\u00a0havia cobran\u00e7a.<br><br>A empresa pediu\u00a0para\u00a0implementar primeiro, como teste,\u00a0o\u00a0free\u00a0flow\u00a0na\u00a0BR-101, que come\u00e7ou a funcionar\u00a0em\u00a0mar\u00e7o\u00a0de 2023 e, conforme mostrou reportagem da\u00a0<strong>Ag\u00eancia iNFRA<\/strong>, tem sido avaliado com sucesso devido aos baixos n\u00fameros de inadimpl\u00eancia e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios.<br><br>Mas, segundo a diretora-presidente da concession\u00e1ria, Carla Fornasaro,\u00a0o\u00a0desafio\u00a0de implantar\u00a0o\u00a0free\u00a0flow\u00a0na\u00a0regi\u00e3o\u00a0metropolitana\u00a0da maior cidade do pa\u00eds\u00a0\u00e9\u00a0de outra ordem.\u00a0O\u00a0n\u00famero de ve\u00edculos que trafegam por dia\u00a0\u00e9\u00a010 vezes maior que\u00a0o\u00a0da BR-101, por exemplo.<br><br>Al\u00e9m disso, de acordo com Cleber Chinelato, superintendente da empresa,\u00a0o\u00a0sistema\u00a0na\u00a0regi\u00e3o\u00a0metropolitana\u00a0\u00e9\u00a0diferente, j\u00e1 que requer tamb\u00e9m a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de uma tarifa din\u00e2mica e\u00a0o\u00a0pagamento pelo quil\u00f4metro percorrido,\u00a0o\u00a0que n\u00e3o\u00a0ocorre no projeto da BR-101.<br><br>Para\u00a0ele,\u00a0na\u00a0pr\u00e1tica, esse\u00a0free\u00a0flow\u00a0metropolitano ser\u00e1 mais um sistema de gerenciamento de tr\u00e1fego\u00a0para\u00a0favorecer\u00a0o\u00a0tr\u00e1fego de longa dist\u00e2ncia\u00a0na\u00a0pista central da rodovia (em\u00a0hor\u00e1rios de pico, a tarifa ser\u00e1 mais alta).<br><br><strong>Nove processos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br>Neste primeiro ano, a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0pr\u00e9via aos clientes que passam tem sido apontada como\u00a0o\u00a0principal\u00a0desafio\u00a0para\u00a0o\u00a0funcionamento do\u00a0free\u00a0flow. Chinelato apresentou no encontro pelo menos nove tipos diferentes de processos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0que a empresa implantou ou est\u00e1 estudando.\u00a0<br><br>Esses sistemas v\u00e3o\u00a0desde acordo com bancos\u00a0para\u00a0notificar os clientes a cadastramento pr\u00e9vio de usu\u00e1rios. Segundo ele, parte desses modelos j\u00e1 visam uma melhor comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0para\u00a0usar no\u00a0free\u00a0flow\u00a0da\u00a0regi\u00e3o\u00a0metropolitana.<br><br>O\u00a0diretor da ANTT Luciano Louren\u00e7o\u00a0lembrou que um dos maiores desafios tecnol\u00f3gicos enfrentados at\u00e9\u00a0o\u00a0momento\u00a0na\u00a0ag\u00eancia foi a emiss\u00e3o\u00a0das multas\u00a0para\u00a0quem n\u00e3o\u00a0fez\u00a0o\u00a0pagamento dentro dos 15 dias previstos\u00a0na\u00a0resolu\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do Contran.\u00a0<br><br>H\u00e1 um pedido\u00a0para\u00a0que esse tempo passe\u00a0para\u00a030 dias,\u00a0o\u00a0que reduziria a inadimpl\u00eancia e a quantidade de multas emitidas, que j\u00e1 passa de 700 mil.\u00a0O\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes informou que uma consulta p\u00fablica sobre\u00a0o\u00a0tema ser\u00e1 aberta\u00a0em\u00a0junho.<br><br><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0nas repactua\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><br>O\u00a0diretor-geral da ag\u00eancia, Rafael Vitale, disse no encontro que os desafios v\u00e3o\u00a0sempre ocorrer\u00a0na\u00a0implanta\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de inova\u00e7\u00f5es, mas que\u00a0\u00e9\u00a0preciso incentivar\u00a0o\u00a0modelo\u00a0bem sucedido\u00a0para\u00a0que possa continuar a ser implementado.<br><br>&#8220;Temos que massificar\u00a0o\u00a0free\u00a0flow.
