A declara\u00e7\u00e3o foi dada em resposta a cr\u00edticas ouvidas pelo ministro sobre a concess\u00e3o da VLI durante audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica na CVT (Comiss\u00e3o de Via\u00e7\u00e3o e Transportes) da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<br><br>Renan ponderou que o TCU (Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o) vai avaliar a vantajosidade da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato e defendeu que o debate \u00e9 \u201ct\u00e9cnico&#8221;. Como\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciainfra.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=d460dd1bcf9ba0ae040e1fc0f&amp;id=af211d41a6&amp;e=c099169394\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mostrou<\/a>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>Ag\u00eancia iNFRA<\/strong>, a pasta enviou na semana passada \u00e0 ANTT (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) o processo de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de concess\u00e3o da FCA, debatido\u00a0desde 2015.\u00a0<br><br>Segundo apurou a reportagem, o acordo prev\u00ea investimentos da ordem de\u00a0R$ 33 bilh\u00f5es, mas o n\u00famero pode ser maior porque R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es ficar\u00e3o condicionados ao disparo de alguns gatilhos no contrato. A proposta eleva substancialmente o volume de capex previsto na proposta levada a audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica ano passado, que era estimado na casa dos R$ 24 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0<br><br>Na audi\u00eancia da CVT, em que atualizou os deputados sobre as atividades da pasta, Renan tamb\u00e9m contou que espera para setembro a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do edital de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para as obras da Transnordestina no trecho de Pernambuco, que liga Salgueiro ao Porto de Suape. O processo licitat\u00f3rio \u00e9 de responsabilidade da Infra S.A., vinculada ao minist\u00e9rio.\u00a0<br><br>O ministro tamb\u00e9m reafirmou suas previs\u00f5es de fazer novos leil\u00f5es ferrovi\u00e1rios at\u00e9 o fim de 2026, entre eles o da EF-118, (Anel Ferrovi\u00e1rio do Sudeste), e do corredor Fico-Fiol, cuja concess\u00e3o depende de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para o contrato da Bamin, respons\u00e1vel pelo trecho 1 da Fiol (Ferrovia de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Oeste-Leste)\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0quest\u00e3o que, segundo Renan, est\u00e1 em \u201cfase final\u201d de entendimento.\u00a0<br><br><strong>Rodovias<\/strong><br>O chefe dos Transportes tamb\u00e9m aproveitou a participa\u00e7\u00e3o na comiss\u00e3o para negar que o minist\u00e9rio prorrogar\u00e1 o contrato de concess\u00e3o da Ecosul, que abrange as rodovias BR-116 e BR-392, no Rio Grande do Sul. A gest\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para ser encerrada em mar\u00e7o do pr\u00f3ximo ano, prazo que ser\u00e1 respeitado, segundo Renan.<br><br>\u201cN\u00e3o haver\u00e1 prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00f3s tomamos essa decis\u00e3o em conson\u00e2ncia com a bancada federal. O contrato ser\u00e1 finalizado no prazo e n\u00f3s vamos fazer uma nova concess\u00e3o que permita melhores pre\u00e7os e mais investimento para o Rio Grande do Sul \u2013 acho que \u00e0 luz da nova realidade \u2013, porque aquela concess\u00e3o foi feita l\u00e1 atr\u00e1s pelo estado, depois assumida pela Uni\u00e3o, por isso, ficou caro&#8221;, disse.<br><br>Ele ainda explicou que o novo contrato de concess\u00e3o da BR-040 ainda n\u00e3o foi assinado por quest\u00f5es burocr\u00e1ticas que atrasaram a abertura da SPE (Sociedade de Prop\u00f3sito Espec\u00edfico). O trecho\u00a0que conecta Juiz de Fora (MG) ao Rio de Janeiro (RJ) foi arrematado em abril pelo Cons\u00f3rcio Nova Estrada Real. \u201cAtrasou um pouco, burocraticamente, mas neste pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas vai assinar o contrato, assumir, iniciar as obras&#8221;, disse.<br><br><strong>Desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o da CNH<\/strong><br>O ministro ainda defendeu o que a pasta tem chamado de desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o da carteira de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo Renan, a n\u00e3o obrigatoriedade de fazer aulas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas de dire\u00e7\u00e3o em autoescolas reduziria o custo do documento, o que beneficiaria a popula\u00e7\u00e3o mais pobre.<br><br>Questionado se a medida, ainda em estudo, enfraqueceria as autoescolas, Renan disse aos deputados que a ideia \u00e9 que elas continuem prestando o servi\u00e7o ao mesmo tempo em que o cidad\u00e3o possa escolher fazer aulas com instrutores credenciados. Segundo o ministro, o Detran continuaria respons\u00e1vel pelas provas.
