{"id":26637,"date":"2025-08-22T17:45:38","date_gmt":"2025-08-22T20:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agenciainfra.com\/blog\/?p=26637"},"modified":"2025-08-22T17:45:42","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T20:45:42","slug":"antt-propoe-criacao-do-selo-esg-cargas-para-reconhecer-transportadores-responsaveis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agenciainfra.com\/blog\/antt-propoe-criacao-do-selo-esg-cargas-para-reconhecer-transportadores-responsaveis\/","title":{"rendered":"ANTT prop\u00f5e cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Selo ESG Cargas para reconhecer transportadores respons\u00e1veis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>da Ag\u00eancia iNFRA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ANTT (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) colocou em debate p\u00fablico a proposta de cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Selo ESG Cargas, um instrumento de reconhecimento aos transportadores que adotam pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis, sociais e de governan\u00e7a no dia a dia da atividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O selo ser\u00e1 concedido, de forma volunt\u00e1ria, a transportadores devidamente registrados no Registro Nacional de Transportadores Rodovi\u00e1rios de Cargas que comprovem ader\u00eancia a crit\u00e9rios ambientais, sociais e de governan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida busca valorizar quem movimenta o Brasil com responsabilidade, promovendo seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es de gases de efeito estufa, prote\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade, dignidade no trabalho e incentivo \u00e0 diversidade e inclus\u00e3o no setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m do selo integral \u2013 voltado a quem cumprir simultaneamente os tr\u00eas pilares ESG \u2013 tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o previstos selos parciais, como \u201cSelo Cargas Ambiental\u201d ou \u201cSelo Cargas Governan\u00e7a e Social\u201d, v\u00e1lidos em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O diferencial n\u00e3o \u00e9 financeiro, mas reputacional: trata-se de um selo de credibilidade e confian\u00e7a, que poder\u00e1 ser usado pelos transportadores em materiais institucionais e comerciais, refor\u00e7ando sua imagem no mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantir transpar\u00eancia, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 feita com base em dados oficiais, como registros de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte (CIOT e MDF-e), idade da frota e certifica\u00e7\u00f5es reconhecidas, como o Programa MelhorAR, do Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estar em conformidade \u00e9 essencial: empresas com irregularidades no RNTRC ou condena\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a trabalho infantil ou an\u00e1logo \u00e0 escravid\u00e3o n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sociedade poder\u00e1 enviar contribui\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 6 de setembro pelo Sistema ParticipANTT, e participar ativamente da constru\u00e7\u00e3o dessa pol\u00edtica inovadora.
