Para o tribunal, o modelo adotado pela Buser, que permite venda individual de assentos, se aproxima do transporte coletivo regular, que depende de concess\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O julgamento ocorreu na 6\u00aa Turma do TRF1 e terminou com dois votos a um pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da decis\u00e3o de primeira inst\u00e2ncia, que havia atendido a um pedido da ABRATI (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Empresas de Transporte Terrestre de Passageiros).
