A transa\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprovada sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es pelo superintendente-geral do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, Alexandre Barreto \u2013 sem passar pelo plen\u00e1rio do Conselho. Ele concluiu que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cn\u00e3o possui o cond\u00e3o de acarretar preju\u00edzos ao ambiente concorrencial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o custou R$ 1,13 bilh\u00e3o e foi <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciainfra.com\/blog\/sabesp-anuncia-compra-de-controle-da-emae-por-r-113-bilhao\/\">anunciada<\/a> ao mercado em outubro.
