O presidente do BNDES (Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social), Aloizio Mercadante, defendeu nesta quarta-feira (11), durante evento no Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do modelo de deb\u00eantures incentivadas para financiar investimentos em infraestrutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo ele, o banco tem ampliado a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos no mercado com a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dessas deb\u00eantures, que t\u00eam incentivos fiscais, como instrumento essencial para sustentar o financiamento de projetos de infraestrutura no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cO que garante esse investimento s\u00e3o as deb\u00eantures incentivadas. \u00c9 muito importante manter esse instrumento\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O fim dos subs\u00eddios nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es do banco, a partir de 2023, e o atual patamar da taxa b\u00e1sica de juros exigiram mudan\u00e7a no modelo de financiamento, lembrou o presidente da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cAt\u00e9 2022, o BNDES tinha subs\u00eddio na taxa b\u00e1sica de juros. A partir de 2023, acabaram os subs\u00eddios, 85% do que a gente fez \u00e9 sem subs\u00eddio\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mercadante destacou ainda que o n\u00edvel da Selic encarece o cr\u00e9dito e dificulta a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de financiamentos de longo prazo. A Selic chegou a 15% ao ano \u2013 o maior patamar em quase 20 anos. Diante desse cen\u00e1rio, o banco passou a priorizar a capta\u00e7\u00e3o direta no mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o presidente do BNDES, as emiss\u00f5es v\u00eam sendo estruturadas de forma faseada, permitindo ajustes ao longo da execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos empreendimentos, o que d\u00e1 maior flexibilidade para o pagamento do financiamento ao longo do contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As declara\u00e7\u00f5es de Mercadante foram feitas durante evento no Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto sobre investimentos em aeroportos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O BNDES aprovou R$ 5,7 bilh\u00f5es para impulsionar a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de onze aeroportos administrados pela Aena no Brasil, incluindo o Aeroporto de Congonhas (SP) e outros dez terminais localizados em Mato Grosso do Sul, Par\u00e1, Minas Gerais e S\u00e3o Paulo. Do total, R$ 4,64 bilh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o financiados pelo BNDES e R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o pelo Santander Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m do terminal na capital paulista, est\u00e3o contemplados os aeroportos de Campo Grande (MS), Ponta Por\u00e3 (MS), Corumb\u00e1 (MS), Santar\u00e9m (PA), Marab\u00e1 (PA), Caraj\u00e1s (PA), Altamira (PA), Uberl\u00e2ndia (MG), Uberaba (MG) e Montes Claros (MG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o, o ministro Silvio Costa Filho afirmou a jornalistas que h\u00e1 de quatro a cinco grupos interessados no leil\u00e3o do Aeroporto Internacional do Gale\u00e3o, previsto para o dia 30 de mar\u00e7o. Ele citou nominalmente as empresas Aena, Vinci Airports, Infram\u00e9rica, Zurich Airport Brasil e a pr\u00f3pria concession\u00e1ria do Gale\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
