O diretor-presidente da Sabesp, Carlos Augusto Leone Piani, foi escolhido para liderar o colegiado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a vota\u00e7\u00e3o, comp\u00f5em o conselho Fabio Pinheiro e Marcelo Souza Monteiro (membros independentes), Esther Maria Vicentina Ferreira Assun\u00e7\u00e3o de Morais, F\u00e1bio Aur\u00e9lio Aguilera Mendes, Tania Sztamfater Chocolat, Tinn Amado e Gyedre Palma Carneiro de Oliveira, esta \u00faltima escolhida em vota\u00e7\u00e3o em separado pelos acionistas minorit\u00e1rios titulares de a\u00e7\u00f5es com direito a voto. O mandato se estende at\u00e9 a assembleia que apreciar\u00e1 as contas do exerc\u00edcio social de 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa renova\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira desde que a Sabesp assumiu o controle da Emae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a diretoria estatu\u00e1ria, foram eleitos Rafael Costa Strauch como diretor-presidente \u2013 acumulando temporariamente a diretoria de Pessoas e Sustentabilidade \u2013 e Pedro Borges Petersen como diretor financeiro, de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com Investidores e administrativo.
