A carta defende uma abordagem neutra do ponto de vista tecnol\u00f3gico, com a possibilidade de inclus\u00e3o do g\u00e1s natural como uma das fontes de suprimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o <a href=\"https:\/\/0eefc726-6072-463b-870b-f0a262ec5abe.usrfiles.com\/ugd\/0eefc7_9328e616af624fd6af1738d0d9fc4544.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">documento<\/a>, caso prevale\u00e7a a ideia de suprir os data centers apenas com energia renov\u00e1vel, o sistema el\u00e9trico pode precisar de capacidade adicional, com acionamento de usinas mais caras e expans\u00e3o da rede de transmiss\u00e3o, elevando o custo aos usu\u00e1rios do sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar da defesa, as frentes parlamentares e entidades do setor produtivo afirmam que eventuais diverg\u00eancias n\u00e3o precisam impedir a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cO decreto pode estabelecer desde j\u00e1 os princ\u00edpios e par\u00e2metros essenciais do regime e remeter quest\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas ainda n\u00e3o consensuadas a ato regulamentador posterior\u201d, que poderia passar por consulta p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciainfra.com\/blog\/apos-susto-congresso-aprova-plp-que-viabiliza-incentivos-fiscais-do-redata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Durante a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> do projeto de lei que criou o Redata, em 1\u00ba de setembro, o Senado abriu caminho para a inclus\u00e3o do g\u00e1s natural entre as fontes de suprimento dos empreendimentos que quiserem se enquadrar no programa. Uma emenda de autoria do senador La\u00e9rcio Oliveira (PP-SE) alterou a exig\u00eancia de \u201cfontes limpas ou renov\u00e1veis\u201d, como estava no texto inicial, por \u201cfontes renov\u00e1veis ou de baixa emiss\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe ao governo, durante a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, detalhar quais fontes se enquadram no texto da lei e sob quais condi\u00e7\u00f5es.
